This class allows participants to explore a large range of skills and movements. It is a great way to stretch and strengthen, learn new or develop your abilities in a safe, casual and supportive environment with the opportunity to make new friends.
Each class begins with a group based warm up and then a brief stretch and strengthen section. You are then able to choose your own skill to master from a large range of options including aerials, juggling and balances. Students learning from one another is encouraged.
Please note that students must be able to bring their feet to the bar unaided before learning tricks on the aerial apparatuses.
